Below you will find tables for Clear Oregon, Jarrah, Pacific Maple, Radiata Pine, Tasmanian Oak
& Western Red Ceder.

All timber is in 300mm increments ie: 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2.1, 2.4, 2.7, 3.0 etc. So when quoting your project always round up to the nearest increment ie: 1.3 would become 1.5 or 2 @ 1.3 would become 2.7, combining lengths is a way of cutting down on wastage & cost.

We can cut your timber to a specified length if required.
All the table's show the finished size after being dressed all round. Generally timber is ordered in it's nominal size (sawn size before dressing). It is important to specify if your sizes are nominal or finished size when quoting your project eg: Nominal size = 150 x 25, Finished size = 141 x 19.

"DAR" = Dressed All Round 
"RH" = Rougher Header (sawn)
Sizes that are RH and require dressing, lose 5mm in the width & 5mm in the thickness ie: 290 x 45 becomes 285 x 40

Using Radiata Pine for the framework of your project & species like Jarrah etc..for the finishing touches can lower the cost of your project considerably. If there is a tighter budget to work with Radiata can be finished off nicely with creative use of stains, or even belt it with the hammer a few times to get that recycled look
